There are three types of Oakside Cocktails: 1) The Manhattan blends a three-year aged bourbon with a bitter Italian aperitivo, sweet vermouth, and bitters, resulting in a multifaceted palate with notes of orange, smoke, and spice. 2) The Old Fashioned is crafted from four-year aged rye combined with bespoke small batch bitters and rich simple syrup to deliver a robust yet smooth set of spice notes. 3) The Negroni brings together the finest Italian amaro, contemporary gin, sweet vermouth, and bitters to provide a deeply satisfying take on this staple of the cocktail canon. |
